**Role Title**

**Senior Network Support Engineer**

**Location:** Chandler, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)

**Role Overview**

This role is responsible for supporting the **design and deployment of CTI platform services** and **AWS/Azure database services** aligned with architectural governance, standards, and policies.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Assisting with deployment of **complex technical solutions**
+ Developing **Terraform modules, Ansible playbooks, and automation**
+ Improving **reliability, scalability, and efficiency** of service implementations
