Job Description

**Position Summary** :

The Senior MOCVD Process Engineer supports GaN epitaxy mass-production operations at the GlobalWafers (GWC) foundry. This role ensures stable MOCVD production performance, drives process and yield improvements, and supports partnership alignment between Renesas and GWC. The engineer will work closely with equipment, process, and manufacturing counterparts to maintain high-quality epiwafer output and operational efficiency.

**MOCVD Operations & Process Support:**

+ Assist GWC Foundry in the daily operation and monitoring of MOCVD equipment to ensure stable and safe production performance.
+ Support Renesas and GWC engineers and supervisors in epitaxy process development and mass-production execution.
+ Perform routine checks on equipment and process parameters, ensuring alignment with documented plans and checklists.
