What you'll do

The Metal Stamping Product Engineer will lead the development and launch of new products, processes, and design changes. The position will serve as the primary engineering contact, ensuring new product and changes to existing product meet EATON and Customer's metal stamping requirements. Works with cross‐functional transition teams to ensure parts are successfully manufactured to an established plan, and through all phases defined by the organization. The role drives continuous improvement while utilizing the framework of the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF). Directs the development and implementation of the Customer Requirements and the quality control programs.
