We are seeking a seasoned Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Utility Department at Sadara. This role is critical to the plant’s stability, focusing on the mechanical integrity, maintenance, and reliability of world-scale utility assets. You will be the go-to technical expert for troubleshooting complex equipment failures and optimizing the lifecycle of systems that power our entire petrochemical complex.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Execution: Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of utility assets, including high-pressure boilers, steam turbines, and large-scale pumping systems.
• Advanced Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Lead formal RCA investigations for mechanical failures, utilizing methodologies like 5-Why or Fishbone to eliminate recurring bad actors.
