Responsibilities


+ Lead the electrical engineering team in the design, integration, and delivery of shipboard electrical systems for new vessel construction and refit projects.

+ Review and approve all electrical drawings and documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards such as ABS and USCG.

+ Supervise and mentor a team of electrical engineers and designers, assigning tasks and setting priorities to ensure timely deliverables.

+ Coordinate with naval architects, mechanical engineers, and production teams to integrate electrical systems with other shipboard systems.

+ Participate in project planning, scheduling, and progress reviews to ensure project milestones are met.
