Insight Global is seeking a Sr Manufacturing Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing site operations, including staffing, procurement, maintenance, production planning, batch making, packaging, quality control, and shipping and receiving. This leader sets clear expectations for direct reports across departments to ensure alignment with overall company objectives while fostering a culture built on transparency, collaboration, trust, and respect. The position enforces all environmental, health, safety, and security programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness and maintains the highest product quality standards by driving the quality system across paint, colorant, and warehouse operations.
