Job Description:

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Lead and support process improvement projects to optimize manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality
+ Develop, validate, and implement manufacturing processes and tooling for new and existing products
+ Collaborate with product development, quality, and production teams on new product introduction and design for manufacturability
+ Identify root causes of production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
+ Lead Lean Six Sigma and 5S initiatives across the production floor .
+ Support capacity planning and equipment layout optimization
