Sr Manufacturing Engineer
Responsible for improving the processes, tools and equipment of the Manufacturing process, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes.
Your role:
Strong understanding of product functionality, manufacturing processes, cost analysis, safety considerations, and lean manufacturing implementation. Independently develops technical solutions, reviews new technologies, and supports new suppliers, materials, and equipment.
Monitors and improves yields, cycle times, and costs; resolves production issues; leads and participates in CAPA, CIPs, NCRs, FMEA, and root‑cause analysis; contributes to content development, testing, prototyping, and project execution.
