**Job Duties** : Lead teams of mainframe and distributed developers, providing design and coding guidance. Provide detailed analysis of Mutual Fund trading systems, including current process flows and business requirement mapping. Utilize domain knowledge in Mutual Funds Trading to translate new business requirements into detailed technical specifications. Plan and execute modernization of existing mainframe systems, retaining stability and scalability as functionality is transitioned.
