Sr. Manager-Sales (Retail Shops | Real Estate)

We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Sales to lead the sales of retail/commercial shops across our premium residential projects. You will be responsible for driving sales of retail shops/commercial spaces across projects. The role involves lead generation, client handling, CP Handling, investor management, and closure of high-value retail deals while ensuring strong pipeline and inventory movement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of retail shops inventory across projects.
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Focus on investor sales, HNI clients, and business owners.
• Generate leads through direct channels, CPs, brokers, and references.
• Ensure high conversion ratios through effective follow-ups and negotiations.
• Conduct site visits and presentations for prospective clients.
• Work closely with channel partners and brokers for retail inventory sales.
