Sr Manager, Product Management - SurePayroll

Overview

Responsible for the strategy and execution of developing new digital product offerings, evolving existing digital products and creating digital features and capabilities. Leads, mentors and supports a team of product managers and experience designers. Oversees the planning, development, launch and ongoing improvement of digital products and user experiences. Partners closely with Engineering, Data, CRM, Business, Marketing and Finance teams to develop and maintain the product, platform and system roadmap, prioritizing work based on business impact and customer value. Establishes key objectives and monitors key results and performance indicators to measure the success of product and customer experience initiatives. Acts as a key member of the leadership team.
