Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business context and objectives to align talent strategies effectively.

2. Collaborate with leaders and managers to consult on and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives.

3. Assist in the rollout and execution of programs aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of the business unit.

4. Provide continuous consulting support to leaders and managers on both daily operations and long-term talent management content.

5. Identify and assess talent needs, risks, and gaps; utilize talent management tools to develop and implement actionable plans.
