Sr. Manager, Global Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Represent Mattel’s Global Supply Chain in Canada and liaise with the Canada Country Manager.
• Oversee two teams:
  • Supply Chain Planning
    • Demand Planning
    • Replenishment Planning
  • Customer Fulfillment & Inventory Management
    • Allocation & Order Fulfillment
    • Inventory Optimization
• Manage relationships with key customers, vendors, and industry groups.
• Drive cost‑effective supply‑chain initiatives to support strategic growth.
• Lead planning function to maintain high fill rates and target inventory levels.
• Elevate visibility of planning, enhance reporting, and address key issues promptly.
• Review processes, share best practices across planning teams.
