Scope of leadership rolePosition Summary: Oversees warehouse and shipping operations for an entire manufacturing facility.Develops and implements the total plant warehouse strategy in conjunction with the goals and objects of the manufacturing facility.Monitors and ensures that financial objectives are met in terms of volume, cost, and quality.Defines and develops warehouse objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain efficiency and eliminate waste.Identifies and resolves operational and other functional issues that may impact business performance in the short-term.Liaisons and collaborates with manufacturing leadership in order to meet strategic objectives.Ensures compliance to existing processes and implements improvements to local processesKey Responsibilities- Supervise Warehouse and Inventory control Teams.
