POSITION DESCRIPTION: 

Qcells is seeking a highly capable Sr. Business Planning Manager to support the central business planning and management function for the EnFin business. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining the integrated view of business performance across critical dimensions, including volume, pipeline, payouts, P&L, unit economics, cash flow, risk metrics, and strategic initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional financial planning and serves as a key driver of business performance management and operating cadence, supporting cross-functional alignment, planning processes, and performance visibility across the organization.
