Sr Manager, Category Mgmt

**Responsibilities:**

**Be familiar with the categories and relative sub-categories application;**

+ Insights of the category market intelligence and trends
+ Manage existing supplier base and develop potential suppliers
+ Build and drive relationships with suppliers to deliver pricing, quality, delivery and aftermarket service improvement
+ Develop the strategy of the category and review SSRB with cross functional team regularly
+ Achieve category productivity target and lead cost saving activities
+ Lead guidance to vendors for Cu/Alu blocking activities following WHQ guidance
+ Contracting, contract management, and risk assessment / mitigation
+ Conduct regular performance review with key suppliers
+ Support global sourcing projects
+ Support new program initiatives
+ Support on supplier performance improvement objectives
+ Developing strong working relationships with all function teams from procurement, Engineering and quality team...
