The Financial Account Manager Manager (FAM Manager) leads and develops a team of FAM and FAM II professionals responsible for Utility Expense Management (UEM) and invoice processing services. This role sets strategic direction, monitors execution against KPIs and SLAs, and ensures accurate, timely, and compliant invoice processing across mid to large-size client portfolios. The FAM Manager balances people leadership, client engagement, and operational oversight to reduce risk, improve efficiency, and strengthen client outcomes.

The FAM Manager is accountable for the overall performance, consistency, and effectiveness of the Financial Account Management function.
