**Maintenance Supervisor (Rosarito)**
**OBJECTIVE**: Assignment and Coordination of Activities of the Mechanical Technicians.
**MAIN FUNCTIONS**:
1. Assignment and Coordination of Activities of the Mechanical Technicians.
2. Trains and Helps in the Evaluation of Mechanical Technicians and Recommends the appropriate Development Plans.
3. Detects Priorities within the Mechanical Area.
4. Substitutes Mechanical Technicians according to the Department’s Needs.
5. Maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Mechanical Maintenance
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Technical (Industrial Mechanics).
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: More than 5 years in Preventive and Corrective Mechanics.
LEVEL OF ENGLISH FLUENCY: Intermediate (Technical Reading and Conversation).
COMPUTER USAGE: Office
