• Monitor and supervise mechanical work activities.
• Propose and make improvements of upgrading work.
• Troubleshooting of plant equipment.
• Plan and proposal for plant equipment replacement work.
• Prepare work specifications and documentation for projects and upgrading work.
• Coordinate all project activities from design to production stage with contractors.
• Coordinate and supervise all related work with contractors.
• Coordinate Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) activities for preventive maintenance.
• Organise maintenance activities and maintenance equipment in good condition.
• Motivate and co-operate with team members.
• Documentation record for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Do risk assessment and safety awareness for team members.
