Sr. Mainframe Developer (CICS)

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize small to large implementations with minimal guidance
• Participate in team meetings and planning sessions, providing relevant feedback and guidance
• Closely work with business owners and sponsors and ensure application meet requirements and standards
• Attend required trainings & conduct risk assessments when required
• Mentor junior developers, lead development efforts, and manage technical issues related to their or other developers' code as/when needed
• Adhere to Corporate Policies and Procedures, Code of Conduct, Audit Procedures and any control-related responsibility for financial/confidential data entered, stored or through business systems within employee’s control/scope
