**Job Description**
The Lead CNC Lathe Machinist sets up, operates, and troubleshoots CNC turning machines to produce high-precision components within tight tolerances. This role serves as the go-to machinist for complex CNC setups and problem solving, including G and M code program edits, offset adjustments, and optimization of speeds and feeds. The machinist works from detailed process documentation and blueprints, ensures high quality standards, supports other machinists with full setups, and contributes to a clean, efficient, and organized aerospace-focused manufacturing environment.
