Sr. M365 Collaboration Engineer

Description

The Sr. M365 Collaboration Engineer is a deep technical individual contributor on the Workforce Productivity Team, responsible for the engineering, administration, advanced support, and continuous improvement of the company's Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem. This role focuses on Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business as core platforms, while also driving migrations, resolving complex integration issues, researching emerging solutions, and integrating AI-powered tools into the collaboration environment. This role serves as a subject matter expert and escalation resource for the Service Delivery organization, which provides Level 1 through Level 3 support. The Sr. M365 Collaboration Engineer owns platform engineering standards, complex issue resolution, migration execution, solution research, and the adoption of AI capabilities that enhance employee productivity and collaboration.
