Job Description

• Responsible for the proper execution of the logistics operation, coordinating worldwide shipments from the purchase of coffee from suppliers through the release of the coffee to the final customer, ensuring compliance with the agreed execution timelines.
• Conduct weekly reviews through the analysis of the Open Shipment Report to monitor shipment status and timely detect the entry of new contracts, enabling shipment instructions to be issued as quickly as possible, while maintaining control of ETA dates and potential delivery issues or consequences.
• Schedule and update system information daily and in real time (company‑wide data collection), ensuring data reliability, integrity, and accuracy.
