Sr Legal Operations Specialist, Compliance Programs & Controls

As Senior Legal Operations Specialist, Compliance Programs & Controls, you will help design, operate, and improve compliance processes, controls, and technology-enabled workflows across Honeywell’s Corporate Legal function. This role will focus on trade diversion risk mitigation, export and sanctions compliance operations, third-party due diligence, and legal transformation initiatives that improve consistency, visibility, and execution across the enterprise.

You will report directly to our **Senior Director of Legal Operations** , and work out of our **Charlotte, NC** location on a **hybrid** work schedule. You will work closely with Legal, Compliance, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to convert compliance requirements into scalable operating processes and controls.
