Job Summary:

Responsible for auditing and approving lease-related expenses according to WAG procedures and policies. Ensures compliance with WAG policies and procedures and SOX-related compliance policies. Supports internal/external audits. Completes thorough and detailed audits and reviews of all lease related invoices and expenses to evaluate landlord compliance to applicable leases, the accuracy of financial information, and the effectiveness and efficiency of management controls. Responsible for special project analysis, landlord default resolution, and providing direction, guidance and training of Service Provider staff. 

Job Responsibilities:
Approves disbursements for lease-related expenses, processed by Service Provider, such as rent, common area maintenance, insurance, utilities; verifies accuracy of payments and related supporting documentation before final approval. Analyzes escalated bill payment...
