Scope of Project: Project work – L&D; training projects – mid to high complexity projects

Candidate Profile

• Post secondary education
• Certifications: PMP; Agile certification is a nice have
• 5-7 years overall experience
• Performance measured by deliverables
• Preferred background: learning and development team experience, project management, program management, industry or insurance space experience.
