Sr. IT Support Technician

This position is located in Franklin, TN.
This position requires onsite work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Description
A TEKsystems client in Franklin, TN is looking for an End User Services Support technician with a strong, proven technical background and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Our End User Services technicians are expected to have a meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, work comfortable under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will not only be very technical but also have a great personality and ability to build strong relationships with our internal clients and team members. S/he must also be able to provide top tier/white-glove service for C-Level executives and VIPs.
• Basic understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Familiarity with common office applications (e.g., M365 apps, Adobe, Internet browsers)
