Job Description: The Sr. IT PM Release Train has primary
responsibility of facilitating the learning and growth of two or more
Agile teams in developing a lean-Agile mindset, improving practices and
guiding them to more predictable delivery. The RTE plays a role in
facilitating Agile ceremonies and planning of releases, removing
impediments, providing guidance, and supporting Agile teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Plan and execute all activities related to program increment planning.
-Work with Service Delivery Managers and Product Managers to ensure
strategy and
-execution alignment.
-Assist Service Director with managing risks, escalating, and tracking
