Along with our partner, we are seeking a Senior IT Operations Engineer  to build and lead their IT operations practice from the ground up. This is a foundational role. They will be the first hire dedicated to IT operations and will be responsible for creating the infrastructure, processes, and playbooks that will define how IT services are delivered to startup clients.

This role requires a high degree of self-direction and autonomy. They will work with cloud-native startup environments, manage relationships with third-party service providers, and serve as the technical escalation point for complex IT issues.
