Responsibilities- Lead SIOP (demand forecast, material forecast)
- Tracking customer shipment dates
- Prioritizing Customer Drop-In orders
- Liaise with customer and ISC for missed deliveries
- Execute Transnorm N.A. Revenue Plan (SRO)
- Operational process improvements
- Prioritization of site VE/CE projects
- Margin Expansion
- Acting as the business focal point for customer escalations
- Presenting customer-specific operational data on a quarterly basis
- Leading and presenting RCCA using six‑sigma/lean tools to prevent UDO recurrences
