This role will be directly responsible for designing, building, and scaling integration ecosystems that power TIAA's AI-driven partnership strategy and participant experience. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in enterprise integration, a passion for modernizing complex platforms, and the vision to architect the next generation of AI agent-ready integration capabilities that directly impact TIAA's participants and partners.
