Sr. Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Drive monthly/quarterly and Yearly sales, front end margin and GP.

• Drive the online business and run rate, promotion, program.

• Activate dormant accounts and improve share of wallet of the partners assign to him/her

• Build excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge

• Develop relationships with key internal and external contacts

• Daily cold calling 1 to 2 hours to assigned customers to generate new business opportunities, promote our program and products

• Build accurate and timely quotations to customers

• Process and handling customer orders, arrange delivery with logistic team

• Prepare monthly customer sales reports, Daily cold calling report.

• Manage backorder and update the status of report by weekly.
