Sr IFM Manager (Integrated Facility Management)

• Primary contact for external IFM partner and accountable for high performance of services such as catering, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, reception/helpdesk, mail room, and waste handling.
• Conduct performance assessment of the IFM partner under the global contract framework, including KPI scoring and monthly audits.
• Collect feedback from end‑users and partners, ensuring high performance.
• Compare promised service levels with actual deliveries and address discrepancies with the service provider.
• Cooperate with the IFM partner to develop SOPs that deliver consistent performance and quality.
