SR HR Generalist

Position Summary

Ensure the effective implementation of Human Resources policies, procedures, and tools, while overseeing the administration of the local Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and Internal Work Regulations (IWR), to maintain a stable and productive labor environment in alignment with the group’s established methodology and guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

1. Administer and ensure compliance with the annual training plan for indirect personnel (MOI).
2. Manage employee resignations and terminations.
3. Prepare and monitor HR metrics and KPI reports.
4. Coordinate and deliver onboarding programs for newly hired indirect personnel (MOI), and induction process for labor personnel (MOD).
5. Promote and manage the recruitment and selection process for internal vacancies affecting direct labor personnel (MOD).
6. Recruit and follow up on administrative and professional vacancies.
