The Sr. Human Resources Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Kohler Campus Operationsandunionandassociaterelations.Thispositionservesasastrategicadministrative partner to the HRBP and Union & Associate Relations leadership teams, managing complex grievance systems, maintaining critical labor relations documentation, and coordinating campus-wide employee engagement initiatives. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with union representatives, plant leadership, and cross-functional teams.

This position directly supports the Director of Union & Associate Relations and collaborates closely with HR Business Partners, Associate & Labor Relations partners, and operational leaders across multiple locations on the Kohler Campus, the United States and Canad...
