Sr. Graphic Designer

Duties and responsibilities:

Creative Leadership

• Lead and manage the Graphic Design team across ongoing projects and campaigns.
• Conceptualize and execute creatives for marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
• Understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members while maintaining collaborative workflows.
• Create design checklists, SOPs, workflows, and project roadmaps for the team.

Graphic Design & Branding

• Design banners, social media creatives, website assets, marketing collaterals, presentations, catalogues, and print creatives.
• Develop logos, color palettes, typography systems, and brand identity assets.
