Sr. FP&A Manager

**Job Description**

We are looking for a **Sr. FP&A Manager** to join our Revelyst Golf Technology team. In this role, you will have financial planning, analysis, and reporting routines that drive informed decision-making across the brand teams. You'll lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting cycle, set the standard for how financial performance is measured and communicated, and manage a team of analysts. This role combines hands-on financial modeling with team leadership and serves as a key partner to brand and platform leaders.

This position reports to the **Director of Finance** and is based in **Carlsbad, CA** .
