Sr. Foreman - Mines

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily mining activities in open-pit mines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, mining laws, and company policies.
• Monitor drilling, blasting, excavation, loading, hauling, and other mining operations.
• Conduct workplace inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of mining equipment and machinery.
• Allocate tasks and manage work schedules for miners and operators.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and operational logs.
• Train workers on safety procedures, equipment operation, and emergency response.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss events, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineers, geologists, surveyors, and maintenance teams to optimize production.
