Sr. Financial Analyst (Tijuana)

The Senior Financial Analyst supports plant financial operations by ensuring accurate reporting, strong cost control, and insightful analysis to drive decision‑making. This role partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership to deliver high‑quality financial results, cost transparency, and continuous improvement across the site.

• Execute month‑end and year‑end close activities, including preparation and analysis of Factory P&L; (monthly and quarterly).
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of financial results, including proper accruals and journal entries.
• Prepare and post routine journal entries (accruals, passthroughs, fees, GR/IR, liabilities).
• Support annual standard cost updates, ensuring alignment of material, labor, and overhead rates.
• Perform monthly cost variance analysis, including root cause identification (material, labor, overhead, freight, pallet)....
