Sr Financial Analyst

RETS Associates on behalf of our client is seeking a CRE Senior Analyst to support multifamily investments in either New York or Nashville. This role will focus on underwriting, financial analysis, and asset management across a growing portfolio, working closely with investment, development, and property management teams.

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for building financial models, analyzing asset performance, and supporting underwriting efforts including market research, proforma analysis, and return projections. This individual will also assist with budgeting, reporting, and ongoing portfolio management, while collaborating cross-functionally to support development progress, cash management, and lender requirements.
