Our growing client in the Nashville area is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with strong technical capabilities in the Microsoft Power Platform to enhance financial visibility and support more data-driven decision-making across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys moving beyond traditional Excel-based analysis and building dynamic dashboards, automated workflows, and actionable insights for leadership.


The role:

+ Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to deliver real-time visibility into financial and operational performance

+ Develop and automate reporting processes using Power Automate and related tools

+ Perform detailed variance analysis (budget vs. actual, forecast vs. actual, trend analysis) and communicate key drivers

+ Partner with accounting and business leaders to build meaningful KPIs and performance metrics
