Description
The Senior Financial Analyst supports hospital financial operations with a strong focus on productivity reporting, revenue cycle analytics, and financial planning. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining critical daily, biweekly, and monthly reports, supporting executive decision-making, and partnering with Accounting and Revenue Cycle teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

+ Prepare and distribute daily productivity reports to monitor operational performance across departments

+ Produce and analyze biweekly productivity reports, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement

+ Generate daily D& FP (Discharges & Financial Performance) reports to support leadership visibility

+ Develop and compile the monthly Board package, including financial summaries, key metrics, and variance analysis
