Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Accounting Associate to play a key role in day-to-day financial operations and help drive smart decision-making across the organization. In this role, you’ll help manage core accounting and treasury activities, maintain accurate records, and support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for leadership and program teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee treasury management and account monitoring to ensure accuracy, completeness, and sufficient cash balances for day-to-day operations
Track and manage cash and line-of-credit collateral, including scheduling and reporting
Perform monthly cash reconciliations for custodian accounts
Manage timely processing and approvals of vendor invoices across operating and custodian accounts, including monthly deficit/surplus reporting
Maintain and update prepayment and other finance databases to support reporting and forecasting
