Reporting and in-depth analysis of monthly financials (P&L, B/S, Free Cash Flow, etc) to support business reviews. Develop meaningful and insight business metrics and work with business partners assist decision making process Partner with business counter parts in Planning and Estimate processes and perform the actual Vs Plan/Est. variance analysis. Prior direct people management experience would be added advantage Operational expertise in STRAP/AOP/Estimate process. Develop and implement financial trend reports to identify performance issues within the business and risks or opportunities in current financial Plan / Estimate.
