The Main Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on all in-country Data Centers and Point of Presence, ensure site infrastructure is compliance to company standard and labeling. Update site documentation from time-to-time.Attend to customer premise to carry out CPE installation/configuration/trouble shootingManage the warehouse inventory ensure Network and CPE sparing is at the safety level in order to support new order fulfillment and break-fix. Handling CPE delivery to customer location ensure meeting the required SLADemonstrate the ability to complete the assigned Work Order independently and documented the result properly.Demonstrate the ability to manage/supervise remote contractors to ensure work is performed in accordance with acceptable standards and practices.Work closely with Project Management, Service Delivery team, Activation team, NOC, Network Implementation t...
