Sr Facilities Maintenance Engineer

SECTION II: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
● Bachelor’s degree in engineering related to, Mechanic, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Civil, etc. Or equivalent experience in the field (Electrical engineer Prefered)
● Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance management or general supervision 
● Experience supervising technical personal and external contractors.
SECTION III: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
• Bilingual 80%
• Knowledge of office Suite, e.g. Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.
• CAD drawing (Autocad)
• Budget preparation and administration of resources
• Knowledge of project management
• Knowledge in Six Sigma approach and lean tools related to maintenance
• Desired experience with SAP and CMMS software
• Knowledge of codes and regulations related to the field, e.g. STPS, SEDE, NFPA, IESNA, etc.
• Project Management skills
