• Deploy, modify and delete WAF profiles
• Perform periodic backups of WAF configurations
• Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with network and application teams.
• Fine tune and optimize WAF policies.
• SSL certificate installation
• Review access rules within CRF system
• Manage deployment, updates & removal of access rules.
• Conduct periodic configuration backups and logs backup.
• Troubleshoot in conjunction with relevant technical teams.
• Coordinate with vendors / OEMs to resolve product related issues.
• Continuously clean and refine unused, duplicate & shadow rules, objects & policies.
• Fine tune IPS policies based on CISO team recommendation.
• Coordinate with SI/OEM for POA & perform WAF and firewall firmware upgrades
• Block or unblock suspicious IPs as directed by ISG, CISO or SOC teams.
• Generate monthly MIS and custom reports as required
