Sr Estimator

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Review & analyze RFQ and other documents / drawings supplied by customer.
+ Work independently on the proposal and estimating for the specific project per global Estimating process, standard and tool.
+ Understand the scope of work to be delivered in the project.
+ Developing proposal plans and contents, taking ownership for on-time delivery.
+ Help with promoting Honeywell new solutions. Keeping self-updated for Honeywell HPS latest technologies.
+ Compliance checking and project cost estimating by cooperating with other teams, including Sourcing, Engineering, Project Management, Finance and Legal.
+ Meeting with end user, design Institute and EPC for technical clarification and agreement.
+ Following process & tools for proposal and estimating, compiling the deal approval documents, and driving approval process.
+ Responsible for handover booking package to downstream team.
