Job Description

**PRINCIPAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Support manufacturing, qual and engineering improvement including low yield analysis and improvement, failure analysis, test time optimization and other related activities.
+ Support the test program conversion from legacy tester transfer to new tester platform.
+ Support customer return evaluation (RMA).
+ Dispose production low yield lots, verify rejects, and study/fix the root cause.
+ Product bench test verification.
+ FA support by doing ATE and bench analysis for fault isolation.
+ Bench board construction and debugging.
+ Test hardware development and troubleshooting

Qualifications

+ Must have experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.
+ Familiarity with Advantest V93K, Teradyne ATE platform, or proficiency...
