Sr Engineer/Lead- Digital Construction Management

The Digital Construction Management is responsible for the planning, implementation, and governance of information management processes across projects in accordance with ISO 19650 standards . Acting as the custodian of the Common Data Environment (CDE) , the role ensures that project information is accurate, timely, secure, and fit for purpose, enabling effective collaboration, decision-making, and asset handover.

Key Responsibility

1. Information Management & Governance

• Develop, implement, and oversee the BIM Information Management Strategy in compliance with ISO 19650.
• Establish, configure, and manage the CDE, ensuring compliance with project and organisational standards.
• Define and enforce information workflows, approval processes, status codes, naming conventions, metadata, and revision control.
